NutraCea Distributor Agreement

The following terms are set by NutraCea and must be followed in order to qualify and operate as a distributor of NutraCea Products.

• Distributor must provide proof of operating a Health Products business or store (vitamins, nutritional supplements, smoothies, health/whole food(s), and/or performance energy foods).
• Each order must meet the $200.00 minimum for product only. (Does not include shipping/handling)
• Orders are paid for with a major credit card when order is placed.
• Orders can be placed online through our Distributor website.
• RiProFlex must be ordered by the case (6 units).

Proof of Business must be submitted along with a signed and dated agreement.

All applications are subject to approval via the NutraCea acceptance process.
